Since I can remember I've been caring
about the environment. My parents taught me to care for it.
And that everything is not for granted in the world, for example
running clean water, or electricity. I always wanted to work
for Greenpeace, to make a difference. I want my part in making
the world a little better. So when I met someone working for
Greenpeace, I told her that I was looking for a job. A few
months later I got a call that I could apply. I did and got
the job. I never doubted my choice to work for Greenpeace.
And I'm proud that I do.
The fact that Greenpeace is an international
organization makes it extra special. It's not just one country
or a few trying to make the world better. Greenpeace is everywhere.
It doesn't matter from which country you are if you're working
together. We all work for Greenpeace and are all very motivated
people doing our best. We learn a lot from each other and
are open to all different ideas. It's great to work with a
bunch of people who are always inventive, flexible and innovative.
And have their heart in the right place.
